Overview

The ClinActiv+ MCM mattress replacement system helps to prevent and treat pressure ulcers in low- to very-high-risk adult patients by providing either Alternating Low Pressure (ALP) or Continuous Low Pressure (CLP) redistribution.

The patented MCM system also helps to manage the patient microclimate and reduces the risk of tissue breakdown as a result of excessive heat and/or moisture. Real I-mmersion™ therapy achieves and maintains the lowest possible interface pressures in both modes. Pressure is continuously and automatically redistributed by the internal I-mmersion sensor, which adjusts internal cell pressures according to each patient’s size, weight, morphology and position.
